Dental implants are changing the way people live! With them, people are rediscovering the comfort and confidence to eat, speak, laugh and enjoy life.
What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are titanium posts surgically placed into the jawbone to act as artificial tooth roots. Once healed, the implants provide a strong and stable foundation for crowns, bridges, or dental prosthetics. Implants also help stimulate and preserve bone growth, improve chewing ability, and maintain facial contours.

Types of Implants We Offer
We provide a full range of implant options to fit your individual needs:
- Single-tooth implants are ideal for replacing a single missing tooth without affecting the surrounding teeth. These feature a single implant with a dental crown replacing the visible portion of the missing tooth.
- Multiple-tooth implants are designed for patients missing several teeth in different areas or a section of teeth. We place multiple individual implants in the jawbone, and individual crowns are attached, much like single implants.
- All-On-4 Implants are a modern and practical solution for our patients who may not have sufficient jawbone to support multiple implants or who may otherwise need bone grafting. With all-on-4 dental implants, a full arch of replacement teeth is supported by just four strategically placed implants in the jawbone. We often use All-on-4 implants when there is insufficient bone to support additional implants or when a patient does not want to undergo bone grafting.
- Full-mouth dental implants are a comprehensive treatment for individuals requiring the complete restoration of both the upper and lower arches of their teeth.
Permanent Implants provide long-term, fixed restorations that eliminate the need for removable dentures. Instead, dentures can be attached to bars or balls fastened to the implants. The dentures are fixed in place above the gums but are not removable
Do You Qualify for Dental Implants?
Most healthy adults are eligible for dental implants. Important considerations include good oral health, sufficient jawbone density, and the absence of uncontrolled medical conditions, such as diabetes or bleeding disorders. During your consultation, we will assess your health, review your medical history, and discuss your tooth replacement options.

Evaluation for Dental Implants
If, like many others, you feel implant dentistry is the choice for you, we ask that you undergo a dental/radiographic examination and health history. During these consultation visits, your specific needs and considerations will be addressed by either Drs. Man and Zhao, or by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon referred by our practice. Your questions and concerns are important to us and our team will work with you very closely to help make your procedure a success.
The Implant Surgery Process
Your treatment begins with a detailed consultation, including 3D imaging and a comprehensive evaluation by Dr. Man, a highly trained dental implant surgeon. Once he has developed a treatment plan, surgery is scheduled.
During placement surgery, the dental implants are inserted into the jawbone, and the gums are sutured over them. For the first three to six months following surgery, the implants are beneath the surface of the gums, gradually bonding with the jawbone. You should be able to wear temporary dentures and eat a soft diet during this time.
Once the implants have fused with your jawbone, we can take impressions of the mouth and gums and create your customized replacement teeth. These may include dental crowns, prosthetics, or full-arch replacement teeth, which resemble dentures. You will return to our office to have the temporary dentures removed and for your permanent dental implants to be attached. For most patients, the entire process takes between six and eight months.
Dr. Man has completed the renowned Implant MaxiCourse® and has logged hundreds of additional training hours, offering exceptional expertise in dental implant surgery and treatment planning.
